Therefore, in order to improve the production quality of extruded parts and improve the production efficiency of extruded parts, the following aluminum alloy profile extrusion process is recommended.

The extrusion process of aluminum alloy profile is as follows:

1. Mold: clean the mold and spray the release agent on the mold,

2. Installation: connect the extrusion die to the port of the extrusion equipment through bolts;

3. Raw material pretreatment: heat the aluminum alloy ingot to 360 ℃ to 380 ℃ and put it into the extrusion barrel of the extrusion equipment;

4. Extrusion: the extrusion device in the extrusion equipment travels to the extrusion die at the extrusion speed of 0.2m/min to 0.3m/min, extrudes the aluminum alloy ingot, and extrudes the aluminum alloy ingot from the die hole of the extrusion die to form an extrusion part;

5. Traction: fix one end of the formed extrusion through the traction equipment, and complete the traction with the work of the extrusion equipment;

6. Cutting: all aluminum alloy ingots inside the extrusion cylinder are converted into extrusion parts, and the extrusion parts are cut according to the preset size through the cutting equipment;
