Gantry is classified into fixed beam type [2] (beam fixed and workbench moving / rotating), moving beam type (beam moving up and down and workbench moving back and forth), moving column type (workbench fixed and gantry moving), crown block type (workbench fixed and crossbeam moving) and multiple types of gantry machining centers in the above composite forms. Operating procedures editing voice
1. The operator shall be familiar with and master the performance and characteristics of the gantry machining center machine. Ensure that the emergency stop switch can function quickly and effectively in case of emergency to avoid injury accidents.
2. Wear labor protection articles as required, and it is strictly prohibited to wear gloves.
3. When the equipment is working, do not touch the electronic switch with wet hands to avoid electric shock. Do not touch any moving parts with your hands.
4. Do not place tools or non machined workpieces on the gantry machining center or moving objects.
5. The computer desk or work desk beside the machine must be firm and shall not be placed on moving parts.
6. When loading and unloading the workpiece, stop the machine first, and pay attention to keeping an appropriate distance between the workpiece and the tool. During the operation of the machine, do not open the front door and left and right protective covers arbitrarily to avoid personal injury.
7. After the tool is set, try running with dry run to ensure that the program is correct.
8. After power failure or emergency stop, when the machine is shut down, the triaxial machine shall be restored to its original position.
9. Do not remove the travel switch or relevant parts of any protection switch without authorization.
10. Before leaving the machine, turn off the control power switch of the operation panel and the main switch of the electrical box. [3]
