1. Try to choose common materials, which are commonly used in the market, generally used in every extrusion plant and easy to buy by the processing plant. For example, the 6061606360056083 of extrusion profile 6 series is easy to buy, although not everyone has it. 7075 of 7 series, 5052 of plate 5 series, 2A12 of pipe 2 series, etc.

2. Special materials can also be purchased, so you need to order a furnace rod separately, at least 10 tons, 15 tons, 20 tons and 30 tons. It depends on the size of the furnace in the bar factory you choose. Generally, you can place an order directly to the profile factory. They will be responsible for ordering it and help you produce the finished product, which saves time and effort.

3. Select appropriate processing methods and materials according to their own product needs. For example, for general profiles, 6065t5 (T5 is in heat treatment state) can be selected without special hardness requirements, such as installation frame, general square tube, round tube, special-shaped square tube, aluminum tube, etc., and profiles to be processed, as well as 6061 and 6005. 4. The shell shape can be selected from the plate. For aluminum products processed by stamping or bending, choose 5052 aluminum plate. 5052 aluminum plate has good toughness, good surface corrosion resistance, continuous bending and easy stamping. A layer of anodizing on the surface can better protect the surface from discoloration. It can also do a lot of Yang colors and pretreatment, and the surface has good aesthetics. Of course, 6061 aluminum plate can also be selected. Its hardness is higher than that of 5052. At the same time, it is easy to break. It is only suitable for the decoration of the whole plate without bending. Similarly, 6061 aluminum plate can also do beautiful surface treatment.

5. For those with high requirements on mechanical properties, 7075 aluminum alloy brand can be selected, but 7075 has high magnesium content and is more difficult to fit than 6 series, so the current technology is limited to extruding square tubes, aluminum tubes, aluminum rods and simple profiles. Can do a lot of surface treatment.

6. For stamping parts without requirements on mechanical properties, 1-series or 2-Series can be selected, such as lipstick cover, which is easy to stamping and subsequent processing.
