Machinability
The machinability of aluminum profile is excellent. In various deformed aluminum alloys and cast aluminum alloys, as well as in various states after the production of these alloys, the machining characteristics change greatly, which requires special machine tools or technologies.

Stamping forming refers to the processing and forming method of applying external force to plate, strip, pipe and profile by press and die to produce plastic deformation or separation, so as to obtain the workpiece (stamping part) with the required shape and size.

Aluminum tubes are mainly divided into the following types:

According to the shape, it is divided into square pipe, round pipe, patterned pipe, special-shaped pipe and universal aluminum pipe.

According to the extrusion method, it is divided into seamless aluminum pipe and ordinary extruded pipe

According to accuracy, it is divided into ordinary aluminum pipe and precision aluminum pipe. Precision aluminum pipe generally needs to be reprocessed after extrusion, such as cold drawing, fine drawing and rolling

By thickness: ordinary aluminum pipe and thin-wall aluminum pipe

Performance: corrosion resistance, light weight.

There are fixed beam type [2] (beam fixed, worktable moving / rotating), moving beam type (beam moving up and down, worktable moving back and forth), moving column type (worktable fixed, gantry moving), crown block type (worktable fixed, beam moving) and multiple types of gantry machining centers in the above composite forms. The processing characteristics, capabilities and processing purposes of the products are not exactly the same.

First: very cheap, no choice
The explanation is as follows: aluminum profile cost = spot price of aluminum ingot + processing fee of extruded aluminum profile + packaging material fee + freight.
CNC processing in industrial aluminum profile processing is a new processing technology. The main work is to prepare the processing program, that is, turn the original manual work into computer, but it still needs to have the experience of manual processing. CNC processing belongs to NC lathe processing, and the determination of processing route generally follows several principles:
